100% Blue agave. This unique product is aged for 3 years in oak barrels. All colour and impurities are removed through a special activated carbon filtration process. Aromas of vanilla, chocolate and apple-pears, blend with a slightly woody, sweet vanilla flavour that lingers softly on your pallet.

100% Dasylirion agave. Robust aromas of dry fine herbs of rosemary, chamomile, rue and orange blossoms, as well as classic dry aromas of desert grass, harmonize with the sweet taste of well-cooked fruits such as figs, dates and biznaga. Earthy, intense flavour, yet velvety and subtly smoked from the start to finish.

100% madre cuishe wild agave. It takes 14 years to reach maturity. An aromatic agave that retains its sweetness when savoured, is part of the wild agave since its genesis is found in the interior of the hills. An agave born to sweeten the palate of man.

A rare agave spirit, blending of Americana and Cordillerensis agaveβs species. This last one is original of the Peruvian Andes, wild, full of life and new flavour. Fresh and seductive on the nose with aromas of desert flowers, with layers of fennel. Tropical fruits and a touch of peach.Friendly and well-rounded with no harsh edges, smooth as silk. Shows citrus notes and good acidity. Long finish lingering some fresh cucumber note on the after taste.

Coyote is a wild agave that grows in the mountains of the Mexican Southern state of Oaxaca. It is one of the rarest agave, and takes 12 years to reach maturity. Mezcal from wild agave, with floral and sweet undertones, leaving a slight aftertaste of dried fruit.

100% Espadin agave enriched with Cochineal (Grana Cochinilla). UNAβ means woman in Zapotec. We wanted to give the name to this mezcal to recognize the struggle of women suffering from breast cancer. 10% will be donated to support this cause with the goal of raising awareness and understanding about what it means to prevent and diagnose breast cancer in time. A mezcal with light entry on the palate of a herbal and tea-like character, with notes of tropical fruit and mineral touches.

Made with 100% agave espadin and Oaxacan specialty coffee from Pluma Hidalgo. It gives off a sweet aroma of coffee balanced with smoky tones from the cooked agave.
